This year SLGF is ✊ proud & humbled 😌 to welcome the lanky members of the LA Scraps Crew tackling our Food Waste Reclamation Initiative. The LA Scraps Crew are a “a team of skilled urban foragers going into dumpsters to discover overlooked and discarded palatable foods.” You’ll see this in action this weekend as the trash and recycling bins are regularly rifled through. Then enjoy their upcycled meals at the LA Scraps Crew booth in the SLGF Culinary Alley.
